Job summary

Thames & Kosmos, based in Providence, RI, seeks an in-office Wholesale Customer Service Associate to support daily operations with precision and teamwork. You will handle wholesale orders, manage data in the ERP system, and collaborate with sales, accounting, and inventory planning to ensure accurate pricing and on-time fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Daily Customer Service: provide prompt, courteous phone and email support to wholesale customers, reps, and consumers.
• Process time-sensitive wholesale orders and account setups across multiple software platforms.
• Maintain ERP data integrity with accurate pricing and product availability.
• Coordinate with Sales, 3PL, and Fulfillment to ensure on-time shipping and resolve issues.
