Overview

The Wholesale Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the Wholesale team and its clients, managing the full lifecycle of orders and shipments from creation to delivery. This role ensures client needs are met with accuracy and urgency, proactively communicating challenges, risks, and opportunities to management to maintain efficient operations and deliver a consistently high level of service.

Overview

The Wholesale Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the Wholesale team and its clients, managing the full lifecycle of orders and shipments from creation to delivery. This role ensures client needs are met with accuracy and urgency, proactively communicating challenges, risks, and opportunities to management to maintain efficient operations and deliver a consistently high level of service.

This is a six (6) month full-time, non-exempt temporary position, eligible for overtime , benefits and paid time off .

Responsibilities

Your Impact

Order Management

  • Compile seasonal UPC files and coordinate with clients to ensure timely creation of purchase orders via EDI.
  • Manage daily EDI PO allocations, monitor orders weekly, and address any discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with HQ Customer Service to transmit accurate order confirmations to clients.

Logistics & Shipment Coordination

  • Facilitate goods release from Pennsylvania and Canadian warehouses in line with delivery schedules and client requirements.
  • Monitor and review weekly shipment reports, proactively addressing any delays or issues.
  • Create and track end-of-season (EOS) and damaged Return-to-Vendor (RTV) requests, reconciling against client data to ensure accuracy .

Issue Resolution & Compliance

  • Investigate and dispute chargebacks, including adjustments related to Designated Sales Associates (DSA), working closely with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date DSA and master contact lists.

Client Support

  • Compile and fulfill product copy requests, ensuring timely and accurate information is shared with clients.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, s upply c hain, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.

Work Experience

  • Experience in the fashion or luxury goods industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with major U.S. and Canadian retailers is an asset.

Additional Information

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Moncler includes a reasonable estimate of the salary rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A

reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $ 2 6 .00 to $ 32 . 00 per hour .

In addition to competitive pay, the hired candidate will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, paid parental leave, 11 paid holidays, accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation time, 2 personal days, employee discounts, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.

The position requires 4 days per week on s ite in the Moncler Corporate Office, located in the heart of Soho, Manhattan .
