Responsibilities

Mount, balance, rotate, install, and repair tires including high-performance and specialty applications.
Diagnose and resolve tire-related issues including irregular wear and TPMS problems.
Operate road force balancers and tire changers; maintain certification and safety procedures.
Mentor technicians and support efficient workflow in the service area.
Communicate with customers and explain service-related concerns and recommendations.
Complete work accurately while meeting quality standards and safety procedures.
Identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
Perform Crew Chief/Service Coordinator duties as assigned.
