You will mount and balance tires, diagnose TPMS issues, mentor junior techs, and maintain equipment while delivering clear customer communications and efficient service. Weekend hours and a collaborative work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apprentice technician experience.
• Strong tire and automotive service knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven leadership, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to train and support other employees.
• Ability to resolve conflicts professionally.
• Flexible schedule including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, install, and repair tires for high-end vehicles.
• Diagnose and resolve tire-related concerns, including TPMS.
• Operate road force balancers and tire changers.
• Maintain certification and operate safety equipment.
• Mentor and train technicians; support quality and workflow.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide recommendations.
• Complete work efficiently while meeting quality standards.
• Identify potential hazards and follow safety procedures.
• Perform Crew Chief and/or Service Coordinator duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
