Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a Senior Manager, White Space Design to lead the design of white space infrastructure and fit‑out across its growing data center portfolio. You will own the White Space Basis of Design, perform in‑depth reviews of layouts, power distribution, and cooling configurations, and collaborate with internal and external design resources.

You will guide a hands‑on engineering role while mentoring internal designers and external consultants, ensuring scalable, constructible designs from

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of data center design or mission‑critical infrastructure leadership.
• Experience with PDUs, RPPs, busways, branch circuits, hot aisle containment, remote CDUs, fan walls, high‑density cooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of white space infrastructure and fit‑out across CoreWeave’s data center portfolio.
• Own the White Space Basis of Design and perform technical reviews of layouts, power, and cooling.
• Balance hands‑on design work with managing internal teams and external consultants.
• Coordinate daily with Construction, Operations, Network Engineering, and Commissioning for smooth handoff.
