Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior White Space Design Engineer to lead and deliver white space infrastructure across its data center portfolio. You will work with internal engineers, consultants, Construction, Operations, Network Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure scalable, standardized, and constructible designs from concept to handoff.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, detailed technical reviews, and mentorship within a collaborative design organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 7+ years in data center design or white space leadership.
• Experience with PDUs, RPPs, busways, branch circuits and high-density cooling.
• Experience reviewing third-party design consultants and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of low-voltage infrastructure systems and network pathways.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review white space layouts, infrastructure designs, specifications, details and engineering documentation.
• Maintain and improve CoreWeave’s White Space Basis of Design and technical standards.
• Review high-density power, cooling, cabling, and containment systems for compliance.
• Coordinate electrical and mechanical systems, including PDUs, busways, CDUs, and cooling.
• Review construction drawings, submittals, RFIs, and design changes.
• Provide technical direction to third-party consultants and manage constructability reviews.
• Support projects during construction, commissioning and deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design workshops and knowledge sharing.
