Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Senior Manager, White Space Design to own the end-to-end design strategy for white space infrastructure across our global data center portfolio.

You will lead deep-dive reviews of layouts, high-density cooling, and low-voltage pathways, while mentoring engineers and coordinating with Construction, Operations, and Network teams to ensure scalable, constructible designs ready for deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Eng or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in data center design or white space leadership.
• Experience with PDUs, RPPs, busways, high-density cooling.
• Experience overseeing third-party design consultants.
• Knowledge of low voltage systems and network pathways.
• Ability to review construction drawings and submittals.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Asana, Smartsheets.
• Familiar with TI A-942, BICSI, ASHRAE, NFPA, Uptime Institute.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design strategy for white space infrastructure across CoreWeave’s global data center portfolio.
• Perform deep-dive reviews of infrastructure layouts, high-density cooling, and power distribution.
• Mentor internal design engineers and external consultants; balance hands-on work with leadership.
• Collaborate daily with Construction, Operations, Network Engineering, and Commissioning teams for seamless handoff.
• Ensure designs are scalable, constructible, and ready for deployment.”
