Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager, White Space Design to own the development and administration of the White Space Basis of Design across its global data center portfolio. You will perform deep technical reviews of layouts, high-density cooling, and power distribution while balancing hands-on work with mentoring internal engineers and external consultants.

You will coordinate daily with Construction, Operations, Network Engineering, and Commissioning to ensure scalable, constructible designs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of data center design or white space leadership.
• Experience overseeing third‑party design consultants.
• Knowledge of low voltage infrastructure and network pathways.
• Experience with construction drawings, RFIs, and change documentation.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and project tools.
• Certifications such as PE, RCDD, or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end white space design strategy and Basis of Design.
• Review infrastructure layouts, power distribution, and cooling configurations.
• Mentor design engineers and manage external consultants.
• Coordinate with Construction, Operations, Network, and Commissioning teams.
• Ensure scalable, constructible designs from concept to handoff.
