Job summary

ABConsulting BK is seeking a Customer Success Manager to deliver a white-glove onboarding experience for new clients in the United States. You will be the primary point of contact after the sale, guiding clients through onboarding and ensuring a seamless, positive start to their partnership.

You will build trusted relationships through proactive communication, coordinate with internal teams to keep implementations on track, and identify opportunities to strengthen the client relationship over

Qualifications

2+ years in customer success or related client-facing roles.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Friendly, confident, and professional with a passion for helping customers succeed.
Willing to travel occasionally for trade shows and client visits.

Responsibilities

Be the primary contact for new customers from contract signing through onboarding.
Guide clients through onboarding for a seamless experience.
Build trusted relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
Coordinate with internal teams to keep implementations on track and on time.
Proactively communicate updates and resolve issues quickly.
Follow up with customers after onboarding to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to strengthen the relationship.
Attend industry trade shows and occasionally visit customer sites to build relationships and represent the company.
Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience.
