Job summary

ABConsulting BK NYC LLC is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Brooklyn, NY to deliver a white-glove onboarding experience for new clients. You will be the primary post-sale contact, ensuring customers are onboarded successfully and building strong relationships from day one.

In this role, you will coordinate with internal teams to keep implementations on track, proactively communicate updates, and identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success or related roles.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Friendly, confident, and professional; passionate about helping customers succeed.
• Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact from contract signing through onboarding.
• Guide clients through onboarding for a seamless experience.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep implementations on track.
• Proactively communicate updates and resolve issues quickly.
• Follow up with customers after onboarding to ensure satisfaction.
• Attend industry trade shows and visit customer sites when needed.
• Identify ways to improve the customer experience.
