Job summary

Kimberly-Clark seeks a Senior Executive Technology & Board Services Specialist to deliver discreet technology support for the CEO, Board of Directors, and ELT. The role focuses on secure, seamless meetings, device support, and strategic tech partnerships across the executive suite.

You will manage executive devices, conferencing systems, and mobility, while aligning with IT leadership to improve meeting quality, security, and productivity. This position is onsite in Dallas with travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience providing technology support to senior executives, VIP customers, or leadership teams.
Experience supporting VP, C-suite, and/or Board members.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, and collaboration technologies.
Experience supporting executive meetings, conference rooms, and workplace technologies.
Hands-on experience with PCs, mobile devices, conferencing systems, printers, and related hardware/software.
Ability to work onsite in Dallas and travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

Serve as dedicated technology partner for the CEO, Board members, and ELT.
Provide proactive white-glove support for devices, mobility, collaboration tools, and travel logistics.
Coordinate onboarding, transitions, and special assignments for executives.
Anticipate and resolve technology risks while maintaining confidentiality.
