Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Test product pH to ensure correct range.
• Adjust cream separator thickness.
• Test whey fat content every two hours.
• Rinse and switch whey silo and raw whey as scheduled.
• Monitor wash pH for cleaning effectiveness.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Follow Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures.
