Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to safely handle incoming liquid ingredients, operate equipment, and keep work areas clean and orderly during a rotating 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM shift.

You will follow GMP, HACCP, and MSS standards, document production data, report safety concerns, and collaborate with QA and maintenance to resolve issues. A high school diploma is required; forklift experience is helpful (certification may be required); strong communication and basic math skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in food manufacturing or UHT processing preferred.
• Forklift experience helpful; certification may be required.
• Strong GMP and food safety knowledge.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety rules, regulations, procedures and requirements.
• Complete MSS tasks on a weekly basis.
• Promptly report all industrial or food safety concerns.
• Complete paperwork, charts, and documentation accurately.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and good housekeeping.
• Receive and document incoming liquid ingredients.
• Operate yard dog tractor to move tankers as needed.
• Perform CIP on tanks, silos, and lines.
• Ensure tankers are weighed accurately.
• Report maintenance issues via forms or alerts.
• Keep supervisor informed of deviations and downtime.
