Job summary

Uline in Wisconsin is seeking a NICE software liaison to troubleshoot issues and drive system improvements for the WFM platform. You will partner with IT, business units, and vendors to implement fixes, train users, and ensure data accuracy across reporting tools.

Responsibilities include auditing WFM data, delivering analytics with visuals and clear recommendations to leadership, and managing projects for holiday builds, PTO requests, and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting with IT, business partners and vendors.
• Audit WFM data and provide accuracy, efficiency and productivity recommendations to leadership.
• Project management of system upgrades, and holiday builds/PTO requests.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues and execute fixes with IT, business partners and vendors.
• Identify system enhancement opportunities with WFM team and provide training to improve efficiency.
• Audit WFM data and present actionable recommendations to leadership with visuals.
• Create, organize, test and maintain data in NICE WFM, Excel, SQL and Power BI for reporting.
• Document processes, queries, data sources, and data flows.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve reporting and data discrepancies.
