Job summary

Uline seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will act as the IT and analytical liaison to the Finance team, driving automation, process improvements and reporting enhancements to boost efficiency across North America.

You will lead end-to-end initiatives, mentor analysts, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet business goals while minimizing operational disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, data science, business or finance.
• 2+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL; VBA or Python experience.
• Experience supporting technology or business improvement projects.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Mentor Business Systems Analysts and elevate team capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver reporting and system enhancements.
• Review designs, requirements, documentation and tests to ensure business needs are met.
• Tackle complex business and system challenges with minimal disruption to operations.
