Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will own the end‑to‑end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience configuring WFM platforms (Infor, UKG, Legion) and strong stakeholder leadership to deliver scalable, well‑governed solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years’ experience working with WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints) and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years’ experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years' experience with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools.
• 3+ years’ partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional strategy and design with stakeholders to understand demand drivers, seasonality, and staffing pain points.
• Translate findings into actionable requirements and priorities.
• Drive fit-gap analysis across vendor options and current tools.
• Design forecasting workflows and operating models for reliable demand and staffing plans.
• Define scheduling design patterns and optimization constraints.
• Ensure designs meet compliance and business realities.
• Establish guardrails for accuracy, auditability, and transparency.
• Partner with engineering to turn designs into configuration and builds.
• Own functional delivery and end-to-end lifecycle for enhancements, defects, and releases.
• Drive adoption through training and enablement materials.
