Job summary

CVS Health seeks a seasoned Workforce Management (WFM) Techno-Functional Expert to lead enterprise scheduling and labor forecasting. This role owns the full functional lifecycle from demand forecasting to schedule generation, partnering with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

Responsibilities include leading discovery, designing forecasting workflows, configuring WFM solutions, and driving end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

7+ years delivering WFM solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
7+ years' experience with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
6+ years' experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
5+ years with enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion or similar).
3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
3+ years demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder leadership.
2+ years analytical problem-solving and decision-making.
2+ years showing growth mindset and learning orientation.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to translate demand drivers into requirements.
Drive fit-gap analysis and recommend the right functional approach with tradeoffs.
Design forecasting workflows and scheduling patterns to produce reliable plans.
Establish guardrails for accuracy, auditability and what-if analyses.
Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs.
Own end-to-end lifecycle for enhancements, defects and releases.
