CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting. You will partner with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to implement scalable WFM solutions that meet business needs.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise with WFM platforms (Infor, UKG, Legion) and strong forecasting knowledge, with a focus on governance and process optimization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years' experience working with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years' experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand demand drivers, staffing strategies, and scheduling pain points.
• Design forecasting workflows and operating models to produce reliable demand and staffing plans.
• Define scheduling design patterns and constraints to support business realities and compliance.
• Partner with engineering to translate functional designs into configuration, extensions, reporting and automation.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle execution for enhancements, defects, and releases with proper documentation.
