Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management (WFM) Techno-Functional Expert to lead end-to-end forecasting, staffing, and scheduling across enterprise platforms. You will partner with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to drive scalable, well-governed solutions.

Role requires deep WFM configuration experience (Infor, UKG, Legion), strong forecasting knowledge, and a proactive leadership style to deliver measurable improvements in scheduling accuracy and operational

Qualifications

7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
7+ years working with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar).
3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
3+ years demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops to understand demand drivers and scheduling pain points.
Design forecasting workflows and operating models for reliable demand and staffing plans.
Define scheduling design patterns and constraints for real-world operations.
Drive end-to-end delivery, including configuration, reporting, and integrations.
Define reporting needs across forecasting accuracy and schedule adherence.
Provide strategic direction to product and shared services teams.
