CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead end-to-end forecasting, staffing, and scheduling design. You will partner with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to deliver enterprise-grade WFM capabilities.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience configuring WFM platforms (Infor, UKG, Legion) and strong forecasting knowledge. This is a full‑time role based in Virginia with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
• 3+ years working in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 2+ years demonstrating analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional strategy and design for forecasting and staffing across demand, staffing plans, and schedule generation.
• Define scheduling patterns, rules, and governance to support business realities and compliance.
• Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs and drive end-to-end delivery of enhancements and releases.
• Define reporting needs and partner on dashboards and operational reporting.
