CVS Health seeks a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. This role drives end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation, partnering with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

Formación

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions.
• 7+ years with WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints) and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
• 3+ years working in Agile environments with experience in change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• 2+ years' experience with analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to translate demand drivers into requirements.
• Drive fit-gap analysis across vendor options and current-state tools with tradeoffs.
• Design forecasting workflows and operating model for demand and staffing plans.
• Define scheduling design patterns and constraints to reflect business realities.
• Configure and customize vendor applications and oversee end-to-end delivery of enhancements and defects.
• Define reporting needs and enable adoption across HR, operations, and tech teams.
