Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to design and deliver enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting. You will own the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation, partnering with stakeholders, product, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors and working in Agile environments.
• Experience configuring and debugging enterprise WFM platforms (Infor/UKG/Legion).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand demand drivers, seasonality, and scheduling pain points.
• Design forecasting workflows and scheduling patterns to produce reliable plans.
• Own functional delivery and coordinate configuration, extensions, and reporting.
• Define guardrails, governance, and validation for accurate, auditable outputs.
• Partner with engineering and vendors to translate designs into builds.
