Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management (WFM) Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. This role owns the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation—partnering closely with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years’ experience working with WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints) and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years’ experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years' experience with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand demand drivers and scheduling pain points, translating findings into requirements.
• Drive fit-gap analyses across vendor options and define the right functional approach.
• Design forecasting workflows and scheduling patterns to produce reliable demand and staffing plans.
• Own end-to-end delivery including configuration, customization, and documentation.
