Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management (WFM) Techno-Functional Expert to lead end-to-end forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to deliver enterprise-grade WFM capabilities.

The ideal candidate has deep experience configuring WFM platforms (Infor, UKG, Legion) and a strong grasp of forecasting and scheduling concepts to translate business needs into scalable, well-governed solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering WFM solutions with forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• Experience with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors and Agile delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Experience with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor/UKG/Legion).

Responsibilities

• Lead design of demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation.
• Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle for enhancements, defects, and releases.
• Define reporting and analytics needs and partner on dashboards.
