Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead enterprise scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will own the functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation, partnering with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Seven plus years delivering Workforce Management solutions including forecasting, staffing and scheduling.
• Seven plus years in WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• Six or more years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• Five plus years with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion or similar).
• Three plus years partnering with SaaS vendors for business outcomes.
• Three plus years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• Three plus years’ strong communication and stakeholder leadership to drive decisions.
• Two plus years analytical problem-solving with scalable solutions experience.
• Two plus years growth mindset while developing self and others.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of forecasting workflows and staffing plans for enterprise scheduling.
• Partner with engineering to convert functional designs into configurations and customizations.
• Own end-to-end functional delivery, including documentation and releases.
