Foot Locker in New York offers a Manager – Workforce Management Technology role to lead and transform our WFM landscape. You will own the roadmap for UKG Pro WFM and WFC, oversee large-scale implementations, and ensure system reliability and governance across a global retail footprint.

Lead a high-performing team, drive cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT, and manage integrations to optimize labor and payroll accuracy while maintaining security and compliance.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of enterprise WFM implementations and major transformations.
• Deep experience with UKG Pro WFM and UKG WFC in multi-location environments.
• Strong integration know-how with HR, Payroll, ERP, and middleware.
• Leadership in delivering large-scale programs with governance and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the WFM roadmap, supervise production support and governance.
• Lead global WFM migrations, upgrades, and cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT to align platforms with business needs.
• Mentor teams and manage vendors/partners for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure labor compliance, SOX controls, and data integrity across systems.
