American Income Life, in a fully remote role, is seeking an entry-level WFH Agent to join AO Globe Life's leadership‑oriented team. You will support clients and mentors while fostering a performance‑driven culture.

You’ll handle lead consultations, enroll clients in benefit options, and guide professional development within a collaborative environment. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission‑based and performance‑driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre‑licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
