Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a contractor in Boise, ID for a 6-month engagement focused on documentation management and learning management system administration. Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on documentation change requests; maintain documents using appropriate software, standards, styles, and templates; edit and proofread documentation; work with content experts to maintain document accuracy; store documents in the repository and follow data management requirements; maintain documentation system data.
• Adhere to learning administrator and training content standards; monitor and follow up on training requests; audit and update training content and assignments; create and manage on-the-job training certifications for controlled documents.

Description

Documentation Management

• Monitor and follow up on documentation change requests
• Maintain documents using appropriate software, standards, styles, and templates
• Edit and proofread documentation
• Work with content experts to maintain document accuracy

• Maintain documentation system data

Learning Management System Admin

• Adhere to learning administrator and training content standards
• Monitor and follow up on training requests
• Audit and update training content and assignments
• Create and manage on-the-job training (OJT) certifications for controlled documents

Education

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience

Required Experience

• 2 years of experience writing technical documentation for new systems, equipment, or processes (preference for semiconductor domain).

Preferred Experience

• Experience administering a learning management system.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
