Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a contractor in Boise, ID for a 6-month engagement focused on documentation management and learning management system administration. The role supports the Fab 4 Workforce Development team, handling training content, records, and materials, with a preference for those who have semiconductor industry experience.

The opportunity requires a Bachelor’s or equivalent, plus at least 2 years writing technical documentation for new systems or processes.

Qualifications

2 years of experience writing technical documentation for new systems, equipment, or processes.
Preference for semiconductor domain.

Responsibilities

Provide support for training and documentation systems, training records, and content materials.
Monitor and follow up on documentation change requests; maintain documents using appropriate software, standards, styles, and templates; edit and proofread documentation; work with content experts to maintain document accuracy; store documents in the repository and follow data management requirements; maintain documentation system data.
Adhere to learning administrator and training content standards; monitor and follow up on training requests; audit and update training content and assignments; create and manage on-the-job training certifications for controlled documents.
