Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a WF Development Specialist in Boise, ID to support training and documentation systems, training records, and content materials as part of the Fab 4 Workforce Development team.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 2 years writing technical documentation (preferably in the semiconductor domain), plus experience with LMS, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience writing technical documentation, preferably in the semiconductor domain.
• Experience administering a learning management system is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SharePoint and working in manufacturing or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Support training and documentation systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Monitor and follow up on documentation change requests to maintain system integrity
• Edit and proofread technical documentation for clarity and consistency
• Work collaboratively with content experts to verify document accuracy
• Manage training records and create on-the-job training certifications for controlled documents
