Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions in Tahlequah, OK, seeks a Work Based Learning Coordinator to oversee the Work Experience (WEX) program. You will coordinate a high-quality work experience for participants, review timesheets, and ensure compliance with program policies and contract requirements.

Reporting to the Business Engagement Team Lead, you will partner with Career Navigators and employers regionally to schedule orientations, recruit participants, and track outcomes to meet contractual goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college.
• At least 1 year of experience building business relationships OR at least 1 year related workforce development experience.
• Strong computer skills with word processing and spreadsheet software; excellent analytical and organizational skills; effective communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a quality work experience program for participants.
• Analyze work experience activities to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
• Review and enter WEX timesheets into the DWFS system and resolve issues with payroll and timesheets.
