Job summary

Intel in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Ocotillo Technology Fabrication Wet Etch Module Engineer to own one or more 300mm toolsets. You will define processes, establish module flow, and drive improvements in quality, yield and tool availability to support factory goals.

The role requires a degree in engineering with semiconductor experience and the ability to work on a day or night shift as needed. On-site presence is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's with relevant semiconductor background and 1+ years (or 6+ months for Master's) experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing ramps and technology transfers.
• Experience in wet etch functional area and statistics/experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmaps to meet requirements, goals and milestones for a new technology process.
• Establish flow, procedures, and equipment configuration for the module.
• Plan and conduct experiments to characterize the process throughout development.
• Drive improvements in quality, yield, reliability, productivity and safety.
• Develop process control systems and transfer to high-volume manufacturing.
