Job summary

Intel Foundry's Ocotillo Technology Fabrication (OTF) module engineer role focuses on developing robust, manufacturable process modules for 300mm toolsets at the Phoenix site. You will own one or more toolsets, drive uptime, and ensure clean room safety and copy-exact configurations.

You will characterize processes through experiments, lead improvements in quality, yield, and cycle time, and collaborate across process engineering, integration, and yield teams to meet factory goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 2+ years in semiconductor/metrology.
• Master's degree in STEM is acceptable.
• Experience in lithography metrology and clean room is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmaps for new technology processes.
• Configure module flow, procedures, and equipment.
• Select materials and equipment to meet quality and yield goals.
• Plan experiments to characterize the process through development.
• Drive improvements in quality, yield, reliability, and safety.
• Develop solutions using statistics and problem-solving tools.
• Establish control systems and sustain the module through volume ramp.
• Train engineers for transfer to other factories.
• Assist in new factory start-ups and line installations.
