Job summary

Talanto seeks an Ocotillo Technology Fabrication Dry Etch Module Engineer to lead the maintenance and optimization of 300mm toolsets in Chandler, AZ. The role emphasizes robust process modules, tool availability, and end-to-end support for new technology starts and transfers.

The candidate will manage tool installations, qualifications, and sustained performance while driving improvements and ensuring safety and quality across the module. Day or night shift may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field required.
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing ramps and technology transfers preferred.
• Experience in a semiconductor fab as technician or engineer is desirable.
• Statistics and experimental design; apply that knowledge to tool matching, tool qualification, and process development.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmaps to meet requirements, goals and milestones for a new technology process.
• Define and establish flow, procedures, and equipment configuration for the module.
• Select material and equipment to meet quality, yield, reliability, cost, productivity and manufacturability.
• Plan and conduct experiments to characterize the process throughout development.
• Drive improvements in quality, yield, reliability, process stability, productivity and safety.
