Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking an OTF Module Engineer for the Ocotillo Technology Fabrication site in Chandler, AZ. You will own how one or more 300mm toolsets operate, ensuring MOR availability, matching accuracy, and process control.

The role includes starting up new lines, installations, and continuous improvement, with possible day or night shifts as needed. The position requires a strong engineering background, experience in semiconductor manufacturing, and the ability to work across teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering STEM field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master/PhD with fewer years.
• Experience in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing ramps and technology transfers.
• Preferred: strong statistical and design of experiments capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmaps for new technology processes and module configuration.
• Establish flow, procedures, and equipment setup for the module.
• Select materials and equipment to meet quality, yield, reliability, and cost goals.
• Plan experiments to fully characterize the process through development cycles.
• Drive improvements in yield, reliability, safety, and productivity.
• Transfer processes to high-volume manufacturing and support new factory start-ups.
