Job summary

Taurus Search client, a high-growth fintech, seeks a Director of BD to expand presence across the western US. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and client activation, while also growing relationships within an existing book of business.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally with relationship management, marketing, and product teams and represent the company at industry conferences and client meetings across your territory.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in financial services or fintech.
• Proven track record selling to or working with independent RIAs.
• Series 7 licensed, or willing to obtain within 60 days of joining.
• Based in the western US — CA, TX, CO, or AZ (California preferred).
• Self-starter comfortable working with autonomy in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships within an existing book of business.
