Lever, Inc. seeks a Regional General Manager, Market Performance to own the Western US region. You will drive P&L, align local execution with company strategy, manage therapist/physician/partner relationships, and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed setup.

You will translate national initiatives into region-specific plans, champion regional growth, and uphold disciplined execution with data-driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multi-site in-home or outpatient rehab services.
• Located within Western US (WA, OR, NV, CA).
• P&L ownership with accountability for growth and profitability.

Aufgaben

• Own full Western US regional P&L, including revenue growth and costs.
• Develop regional forecasts, budgets, and operating plans.
• Identify and execute levers to improve unit economics, utilization, and market density.
• Lead through influence in a matrixed environment with dotted-line accountability.
• Translate national initiatives into region-specific execution plans with KPIs.
• Establish and lead a strong regional operating rhythm (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
