Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Regional General Manager, Market Performance to scale a regional operating model for the Central US. This role owns regional P&L, translates strategy into local execution, and partners with Therapist Acquisition, Enablement, Physician Success, and Partner Account Management to drive growth and service quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations.
• Experience leading in matrixed or shared services models.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own full Central US regional P&L and drive revenue and cost management.
• Develop regional forecasts and operating plans aligned to targets.
• Lead regional hiring targets with market-level sourcing strategies.
• Align partners to regional priorities and drive performance.
• Translate national initiatives into region-specific execution plans with KPIs.
• Establish a regular regional operating rhythm with reviews.
