Legacy Funeral Group seeks a seasoned Funeral Home and Cemetery Sales Manager to drive revenue in West Texas (Odessa to Alpine). You will lead Family Service Professionals and Advanced Planning Professionals, build community partnerships, and mentor the sales team to exceed goals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years funeral sales management experience preferred.
• Texas Life insurance license preferred.
• 1–3 years experience as Family Service Professional or Advanced Planning Professional preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication with grieving families and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Coach Family Service Professionals and/or Advanced Planning Professionals and act as their primary reference regarding customer service and satisfaction, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, closing skills, prices, terms, paperwork, sales guideline interpretation etc.
