General Motors is seeking a District Manager, Parts and Service (DMPS) to lead aftersales performance across a defined West Texas region, including travel to dealerships. You will partner with dealer leadership to improve customer satisfaction and grow revenue, using data-driven insights and strategic planning.

The role requires up to 50% travel, relocation within 60 days if needed, and a strong track record in revenue growth, service operations, and automotive aftermarket knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Service, or Operations with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong automotive industry knowledge and business acumen, including service operations, warranty processes, and customer experience management.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to different locations within your territory.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate ownership of district performance across Revenue, Customer Retention, and Customer Experience.
• Act as trusted advisor to dealer leadership and foster strategic alignment.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve KPIs through Customer Care & Aftersales programs and initiatives.
• Lead standardized dealer contact processes focusing on priorities and GM performance objectives.
• Analyze dealership marketing and merchandising strategies and offer actionable recommendations to increase service lane traffic.
• Develop and execute annual Business Plans leveraging data-driven insights to address market challenges.
• Apply analytical thinking to assess dealership performance and implement targeted solutions.
• Operate with autonomy, managing priorities and driving business outcomes.
• Maintain a results-driven approach and consistently strive to exceed performance targets.
