Job summary

Third Coast Distributing LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead 9–12 Auto Parts store locations across the district. You will coach Store Managers, drive revenue growth, and ensure profitability and strong operational standards district-wide.

The role requires strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, and travel >50% to visit stores while developing a high-performing leadership team and maintaining safety and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in automotive aftermarket or multi-unit retail store management.
• Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems.
• Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to travel >50% and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
