Job summary

bidadoo, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for West Texas, ideally based in Midland, Odessa or Lubbock. You will work closely with current accounts, pursue new customers, and act as a consultant to help buyers and sellers leverage bidadoo’s platform and services.

You will travel up to 60% of the time, manage the territory from a home office, and build a durable book of business across the construction, rental, transportation and equipment sectors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales experience, including outside/field sales.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation ability.
• Familiarity with internet technologies and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the West Texas territory, driving growth and profitability.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and influencers for bidadoo customers.
• Generate leads for buyers and sellers and fuel weekly auction and marketplace funnels.
• Consult with customers on valuation and sales estimates of machinery and equipment.
• Deliver compelling proposals and presentations to demonstrate business value.
• Drive revenue through bidadoo’s auction, remarketing and consignment services.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure smooth end-to-end customer transactions.
• Provide excellent customer experience and uphold bidadoo values.
