Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across a four-state Western US territory. You will promote hydronic heating systems, manage rep agencies, and build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, and end users.

Based in Salt Lake City, UT or Denver, CO, you will travel 50–70% and collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer support to align strategies and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in HVAC, hydronic heating, or mechanical systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and coach third-party manufacturer representative agencies within the territory.
• Conduct regular business reviews and joint sales calls.
• Provide training, tools, and ongoing performance feedback.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, and specifiers.
