Job summary

Capstone Energy+ is seeking a Manager of Field Service for the West Territory, based in Van Nuys, CA. You will lead a team of Technicians responsible for commissioning, maintenance, and repair of microturbine systems at customer sites across the western U.S.

You will drive performance, coach staff, manage safety and field processes, and partner with VP, Customer Service to continuously improve service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years field service experience in power or industrial equipment.
• 3+ years in field service leadership or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Field Service Technicians for the West Territory.
• Oversee commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
• Manage field metrics, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to VP of Customer Service as needed.
• Partner with sales to identify service opportunities and improvements.
