Your proven ability to grow census and manage marketing plans region-wide will help local facilities achieve census and revenue goals while delivering exceptional service to referral partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years regional marketing experience in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Proven census growth across multiple facilities.
• Strong network of referral sources in East Tennessee.
• Thorough understanding of Medicare, managed care, and post-acute referral processes.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple facilities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to increase admissions and occupancy across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and community partners.
• Identify new referral opportunities and expand market presence in the region.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and admissions teams to achieve census and revenue goals.
• Analyze referral trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the organization at networking events and community outreach initiatives.
• Assist facilities in developing and implementing targeted marketing plans.
• Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Ensure a seamless referral and admission process while delivering exceptional customer service.
