Job summary

Adams Group—Marianne’s Harvest is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the West region. This remote role focuses on growing Marianne’s Harvest distribution across regional grocery partners and national chains, managing retail relationships, and driving in-store performance.

You will develop sales strategies, coordinate with brokers and distributors, and ensure on-brand execution across retailers. Travel up to 25% is required, with a strong emphasis on data-driven growth and category management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years in retail CPG sales
• Experience with brokers/distributors (KeHE/UNFI) and retail merchandising teams
• Willing to travel overnight as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage regional and independent retail accounts within the territory; drive distribution and assortment expansion
• Build relationships with category managers, buyers and store-level leadership
• Lead brokers/distributors to meet regional objectives; develop sales strategies
• Deliver annual sales, distribution and velocity targets; conduct partner meetings and store visits
• Track pricing, promotions and in-store execution; coordinate with retailers and brokers for accuracy
