Job summary

Energy Foundation in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Program Associate for the West Campaigns to support the regional team. You will arrange meetings with grantees and funders, track the West region budget, review proposals, draft reports, and coordinate with campaigns, policy, and communications teams.

Based in Tivoli Village, the role offers collaboration across offices, occasional travel, and opportunities to organize convenings with partners and grantees while contributing to strategic program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years in admin or program support.
• Experience in electricity markets, renewable energy, climate, or policy is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Google Drive/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Process grants, proposals, reports, contracts, and reimbursements for the West regional portfolio.
• Write proposal summaries and assessments to advise the Regional Program Directors on final funding decisions.
• Serve as the primary contact for grantees/consultants and coordinate proposals and scopes of work.
