Job summary

Energy Foundation seeks a highly organized Program Coordinator for its Midwest regional team, supporting internal coordination, multi-million-dollar budgets, and cross-office collaboration with HQ. The role involves grantmaking on complex grants and managing planning and budgeting cycles.

You will work with policy, communications, and campaign staff to advance regional programs, coordinate MEGA conference activities, and ensure timely resource movement to the field.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with complex project management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong budget and grantmaking experience a plus.
• Familiarity with clean energy/climate topics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Midwest Office operations, budgets, and planning processes.
• Lead internal coordination, weekly team check-ins, and deep-dive sessions.
• Support grantmaking and contract execution with HQ and funding partners.
