Job summary

ICF seeks an Associate Manager, Program Operations to lead the West Region's program implementations across multiple portfolios. You will work with program management, outreach, technical, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality client services and strategic execution.

You will oversee a team of Energy Specialists, develop holistic portfolio strategies, optimize staffing, and establish best practices for performance tracking, invoicing, project reviews and client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substitutions allowed with relevant experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in program operations, business/financial analysis, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Direct the quality and performance of the team responsible for program operations tasks.
• Coordinate and oversee program-level reporting, invoicing, forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance management with timely deliverables.
• Prepare data for internal/external meetings; coordinate with project managers and portfolio leads.
• Coordinate with rebate processing to ensure incentives and payments.
• Produce accurate deliverables for regulatory filings, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain and update portfolio-level performance forecasts and trend analysis.
• Coordinate with program managers to develop and maintain portfolio workflows and process guides.
• Draft/compile program awards and coordinate with marketing for accurate promotions.
