Job summary

Energy Foundation’s Midwest Regional Team seeks a dynamic Program Associate (PA) to support project planning, grant administration, and collaboration with partners. The PA will work with the Program Director for Midwest Campaigns, the Midwest Policy team, and other regional colleagues to execute strategies and manage grants and contracts.

Responsibilities include grant tracking, budgeting, meeting coordination, and development of systems to enhance internal and external collaboration.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a relevant role.
• Excellent communications—written, verbal, and digital.
• Multitasking: juggling multiple priorities in a team environment.
• Interest in philanthropic/non‑profit sectors, public policy, or strategic communications.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage the grantmaking process, including liaising with grantees and consultants.
• Schedule calls and meetings; prepare agendas and materials.
• Draft documents, proposals, and reports for internal/external audiences.
• Collaborate with PDs/PDs and cross‑program teams to manage budgets and grants.
